Job Title: Pasting Machine Operator (Eterna Efold 1100)
Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Pasting Machine Operator to operate and maintain the Eterna Efold 1100 Folding & Gluing Machine for monocarton packaging production. The operator will be responsible for machine setup, smooth operation, quality checks, and ensuring precise folding and gluing of cartons as per specifications.
Key Responsibilities:

Set up and operate the Eterna Efold 1100 Folding & Gluing Machine.

Adjust machine settings based on job requirements and keyline designs.

Monitor the folding and gluing process to maintain quality standards.

Perform regular quality checks during production runs.

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Die Cutting Machine Operator to operate and manage the Eterna E Cut 106 Automatic Die Cutting Machine for monocarton and packaging production. The candidate will be responsible for machine setup, operation, quality control, and maintenance to ensure smooth and accurate production.
Key Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled CTP Operator to operate and maintain the Kodak Veriset Platesetter for plate-making in the printing process. The operator will be responsible for file processing, RIP management, plate output, and ensuring accurate and high-quality plates as per production requirements.
Key Responsibilities:

Operate and manage the Kodak Veriset CTP Platesetter system.

Process digital files through the RIP software and prepare plates for printing.

Conduct regular quality checks to ensure precision and consistency.

Perform machine calibration, maintenance, and troubleshooting when required.

Coordinate with the prepress and press teams for smooth workflow.
